All non-dependent occupants age 18 or older must submit an application. along with an application fee payable by personal check. The application fee is $50.00 per applicant.
Short-listed applications will be screened by Rental Housing Association of Washington, a non-profit association that specializes in this service, or another agency. If your application is not short-listed, your application fee check will be returned to you. For this reason, we only accept personal checks.
We do not accept comprehensive reuseable tenant screening reports.
